Family Advice Line
The Family Advice Line can offer advice on:
- taking care of your emotional wellbeing
- supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- supporting your child's behaviour
- activities for children of all ages
- dealing with financial, housing, or employment challenges

East Sussex County Council Children's Services Customer Relations Team
The Customer Relations Team can:
- Provide general advice
- Provide guidance
- Provide signposting to families
